Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days and returns within 3 days of the date of receipt.

Conditions:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  2. Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (products that have been used or opened)
  3. The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return.

Exchange + Return Steps:

You can submit an exchange or return request via email to info@toplinsolutionsfurniture.com, including the following information:

Exchange Steps:

  • Invoice Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Exchange
  • Name of the product to be exchanged, including the size, color, SKU number, and quantity required.
  • You will be notified of the return order process and will be served immediately once your order is received and the item and its accessories are confirmed to be in good condition.

Return Steps:

  • Invoice Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Name of the product to be returned
  • (Bank Name + IBAN Number + Account Holder Name) * The account holder’s name must match the invoice holder’s name.
